As an alternative to using the (preferred) callback flow, you can instead retrieve results manually using /transcribe/result. Its GET endpoint requires a token and requestid and returns a URL from which you can download the results of the transcription if available. The URL that is returned is valid for 1 hour. After 1 hour, you can still retrieve the result, but you must call /transcribe/result again to get an updated URL for that result.
By default, results that have been created by a non-callback /transcribe request are preserved on the V‑Cloud system for at least 24 hours. To determine exactly how long results will be preserved, check the GET header of the URL returned by /transcribe/result.
